Banner Bank Ratings

Use the Federal Way branch of Banner Bank. The manager there, Patrick, helped me beyond expectation with a stop payment issue. Always friendly and showed great empathy for my situation. I have always had great service over many years. Thank you Patrick!

My bank here in Grass Valley has hired all new personnel with NO experience. The service is now terrible, and the employees know nothing. I made a deposit yesterday (check made out to me) and was being deposited into my account from another account that I have, and she asked what my name was.... didn't verify by DL. And I don't like the $4.00 service charge. Looking for another bank close who has knowledgeable employees.

I bought a 12 plex they sent me a letter saying they would loan with 25% down. I had 30% down ready. Then they said they wanted more with no reason. I sold another property and came up with 55%. they said 10 yr. fixed at 4.375 interest I wired them 7k to lock rate. then 2 days later they raised it to 4.785. and then change it to a 5 yr fixed. I wanted to walk away but too much time invested. THEN at closing they left 120k sitting in my 1031. it was all supposed to go into 12 plex. they said had to close that day or the rate would go up. Barrower beware. 1 star is too much. Will never do business with them again

Im soooo sick of Banner Bank! Especially the main branch downtown. They NEVER answer there phones anymore, and if you leave a VM, no one will get back to you, ever!

I am going to visit this branch on Monday, in hopes of having a candid conversation with upper mgmt., concerning the rude and intentional humiliation of myself by a teller who felt she needed to deflect her own lack of communication in the situation and clearly does not know professionalism, whatsoever. Indifference and stuck up attitudes should not be tolerated at any level. I will leave a follow up review when I return to Spokane from this Walla Walla HQ branch. -Cory Wilhelm

The wonderful employees at this branch, all, go above and beyond in customer service! I have such gratitude and respect for the ladies. They always help my 91 y.o. Momma with everything she needs. Even when she isn't sure what she needs 😊 I wish our bank had such wonderful and kind employees! Thank you all! 💕💐

I just tryd to call from Mexico so I can pull out money and this bank is the ONLY bank that will not answer when i call from here.. so I'm left with no money. Definitely switching banks when i get back to Washington. Garbage
