I've had my share of annoyances over the years with BankUnited, none too big of a deal, but this past week has been miserable with my computer, causing me to have to freeze all accounts. Upon thawing the accounts, I ran into beyond irritating tech problems with the simple task of changing a password. Long story ended up an upbeat note when i lucked out with getting Daniel, from Client Case, on the phone!! Super nice, super patient (and I was quite irritated by then). he took care of all the stumbling blocks the system casued me, and was totally professional yet friendly enough and soothing enough that I asked for his name so I could make a fuss! Hopefully his supervisors and/or upper echelon will read this and know that they have a winner in their ranks. Daniel has the personality to move up!! Thank you Daniel. Eileen

Bank United in Central Florida does a great job and I very highly recommend the Altamonte and Lake Mary and South Orlando branches! However customer service employees which are from South Florida and all of the south Florida upper level management is just plain rude and unprofessional! Offices are currently frequently closed here in central Florida because of "staffing issues" which I find unacceptable! Hire and train more people! Simple as that! So while I am highly supportive of our central Florida staff, I cannot recommend this bank at this time because it is being very poorly managed from South Florida! And upper level management in South Florida does their very best to shield themselves from speaking to customers! They go out of their way to give flimsy excuses and to make sure they are not held accountable in South Florida!

Every once in a while there is a team that continues to make that "3 point play". That works hard to assist you & put a smile on your face. For me, that is Bank United in Oldsmar. And the "Dream Team Player" is Grace.... a real winner. Stop in & see Grace & you too will walk out with a smile. Great team effort. Thank you Grace for making things a little easier. Stu

This branch has no customer service, doesn't attempt to resolve a complaint and will not accept legal documents if it doesn't fit their agenda for denying reinstatement of Guardianship accounts they restricted after they allowed fraud on it twice. Even Collier County Court's sealed court papers.
