★ Bank review

This is a terrible bank! Their people do not verify checks properly, misquote customers and are currently involved in a check fraud scam. I would be very careful with your money here!!

★ Branch review: Pueblo West Branch

Well this bank is a fail. No one is trained to work with IRAs. Bank significantly lowered the APY on a CD that came due; I couldn't find out what the new rate was without going into the bank. If an institution is going to sell a product, they should be able to support it!
