BRANCH REVIEWS
I have not received my debit card was expired on o1/23 they said they mailed on december 31,22 its now the 4th of january 2023. What is going on they also aren't answering the phone. This is not right...
I have been banking here since 1996 before it was Bank of Texas. The tellers are polite and generally provide quick service. However, I have had some issues with getting my adult daughter added as a signatory on my checking account. The first time I went in and asked about this a while back, I was told that my daughter had to be present with me to be added as a signer, rather than my being able to take a signature card to her to sign. My daughter lives in another town, so I had to wait until she had time to do this. When we finally went to get this done, the process was unnecessarily cumbersome and took much longer than it should have. I found it very frustrating. I've never had so much trouble getting someone added to a signature card. Additionally, it seems that this bank is understaffed and there is very little in the way of active customer service. When you walk in, you are rarely greeted or asked what help you need. Now that I am getting older I need and appreciate better customer service and I probably will move my money to a different bank soon.
