The Bank of Oklahoma has a rich history dating back to its establishment on April 6, 1908, as Fidelity Bank, National Association. Over the years, the institution underwent several name changes and structural modifications. On January 2, 1974, it changed its name to Fidelity Bank, N.A. Subsequently, on October 15, 1984, it adopted the name Bank of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City, National Association. The bank's operations faced challenges during the financial crisis in the 1980s, leading to its merger with another institution on November 24, 1986, and its subsequent rebranding as Bank of Oklahoma, National Association. This merger allowed the bank to maintain operations with government open bank assistance. On January 1, 2011, the institution rebranded itself as Bokf, National Association, reflecting its evolution and expanded services.

Inadequate and inflexible Home Equity Loan Department. After getting our Home Equity Loan, we were never given the option to select the loan payment due date. I called in and the agent said that I cannot change the due date. She had to create a complaint for a supervisor to call me back in a day or two, to attempt to request a date change.... Read more
