History Of Bank of Keystone
Bank of Keystone was established on June 10, 1909, in Keystone, Nebraska. Initially serving the local community, the institution relocated its main office to Main Street in Keystone on April 18, 1990. Subsequently, on November 16, 1998, the main office was again moved to 105 Inland Seas, still within Keystone. On January 1, 2005, Bank of Keystone expanded its operations by acquiring Commercial State Bank located in Elsie, Nebraska. However, the bank's independent status came to an end on November 15, 2016, when it merged with Sandhills State Bank, based in Bassett, Nebraska.
