The Bank of Idaho, originally established as the Bank of Eastern Idaho on September 25, 1985, has undergone several notable changes throughout its history. In 1991, the main office was relocated to 399 North Capital Avenue, Idaho Falls, Idaho. By May 28, 1997, the institution expanded its services by changing its trust powers to full. Ultimately, on March 18, 1999, the institution rebranded itself, changing its name to the Bank of Idaho.
