The Bank of Gravett was established on March 1, 1898, originally operating under the name Bank of Gravett. Over the years, the institution underwent several changes, including a relocation of its main office to 211 East Main Street in Gravette, Arkansas, on September 20, 1973. The bank later moved its main office again to 211 Main Street Southeast in Gravette on March 14, 2007. On June 27, 2019, the institution rebranded itself as the Bank of Gravette. Ultimately, the bank merged with Legacy National Bank, resulting in its dissolution on May 1, 2021, when it became part of Legacy National Bank, based in Springdale, Arkansas.
