On January 30, 2007, the institution underwent several significant changes, including a rebranding to Bank of Grove, a shift in its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and a change in its organizational structure to a state-chartered bank that is not a member of the Federal Reserve System. Great to have an old fashioned "small town bank". The only locally owned bank in Grove. If you have any problems the bank the owner is there to assist you with any banking needs. Very rare in todays world.... Read more
