History Of Bank of Eastern Oregon
Bank of Eastern Oregon is a financial institution established on March 3, 1945. It originally operated under the name Bank of Eastern Oregon and has undergone several changes in location and banking classification over the years. In 1990, the main office was relocated to Main Street in Arlington, Oregon. On February 5, 2004, the bank changed its classification to a state-chartered bank, no longer a member of the Federal Reserve System, and moved its main office again to 279 North Main Street in Heppner, Oregon, where it remains. On June 30, 2008, the bank further expanded its operations by relocating its main office to the same address in Heppner. Notably, on February 28, 2015, Bank of Eastern Oregon acquired Bank Reale, which is located in Pasco, Washington.
