Bank staff seems to go out of their way to make banking difficult. They find any possible reason to reject mobile deposits and sometimes you don't find out that it has been rejected for hours. A total headache... Never seen a bank do these kinds of petty things. So many arbitrary and silly rules. If you don't log in to your online account for a while, they disable it. Who has EVER heard of anything like this? It is extremely unprofessional. We've been disappointed and wish we had just used a larger bank that knows how to treat customers.
