The Bank of Cairo and Moberly was established on April 14, 1905, initially under the name Bank of Cairo. The institution underwent a name change to Bank of Cairo and Moberly on January 26, 1979. On March 10, 1980, the bank's main office was relocated to 207 East Rollins Street in Moberly, Missouri. After serving the community for over a century, the Bank of Cairo and Moberly merged with Regional Missouri Bank on October 1, 2019, becoming part of the larger financial institution based in Marceline, Missouri.
