The Bank of Brookfield-Purdin, National Association, is a financial institution with a history dating back to its establishment on December 14, 1894, originally named the Bank of Purdin. The bank underwent several name changes and relocations throughout its history. On March 9, 1981, the institution changed its name to Bank of Purdin, National Association, and moved its main office to Highway 5 and Main Street in Purdin, Missouri. On the same date, it transitioned its chartering agency to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and became a member of the Federal Reserve System. Later that year, on September 1, it rebranded as Bank of Brookfield-Purdin, National Association, and relocated its main office to 216 North Main in Brookfield, Missouri. In November 1987, the bank expanded by acquiring the Bank of Meadville in Meadville, Missouri. The institution subsequently moved its main office again on April 9, 2003, to 939 Park Circle Drive in Brookfield, Missouri, where it continues to operate today.
