BANK OF AMERICA WARNER CENTER

I have had at least two accounts at this branch for 35+ years. I HAD a safety box which was FREE (small box) for all these years. Then some idiot at your bank upgraded my account to Preferred. I was not there, never authorized this transaction , have never been in this bank for at least 10++ years. Live in Utah!!! Then u started billing me for a safe deposit box "overdue" with huge fees. Wrong, wrong!! I turned in one key when i left CA. Then the other was sent "return receipt" via us mail. You signed for it. That should have been "the end". You harrassed me with at least 7 letters "past due". (This is after 15 years of never being charged since it was free and 10 years after i moved!!!). I have called every single person at b of a and, they all say they will fix it. They have not now i am getting another very stupid letter saying i now am in the arrears by 70.00!!!! I do not have a safe deposit box there and have not been there or been in that bank or box for 15+ years. You cannot, cannot continue to harrass me. This is not only fraud, illegal changing of my accounts, promises made "it will be fixed", lies, letters and of course elder abuse. I have begged , pleading, sent letters with your signature on return receipt. Yet, you claim i still have a box and have a key. Bullshit!!!!! Call me, call me, call me, call me at 818 472-3233 though i live in Utah i still have my California cel # so u have zero excuse to not fix this priro to the law suit my lawyer is preparing right this minue. Why are you all so pathetic? Why did u change my account without permission like well fargo did and now are payng back the gov't millions of dollars? Why did i get a letter saying i am part of a class action law suit from b of a for the $$ u took out of my checking account for my credit card, then charged me a fee??? Illegal since it was recorded to "pay in full"..Not partial payments? Why are u cheating all your customers and, why after 40+ years are you harrassing me, a loyal a great customer inclduing a mortgage with you that i pay off early? What is wrong with you. I even own your tock. If i were not so ill i would fly to california and walk into your bank with the police department to help since you promised to give me a copy of so called "my signature" on the safe deposit box that showed i was in there in the last few years and, that i personally came in and changed my account to preferred.
