Service is pathetic. If you don't want to wait on hold for 37 minutes you can pay for an expert advice that you pay flor. What a joke

I have been dealing with this bank since I moved to FL 13 years ago. For years I was very satisfied. In the past couple of years, for some reason, services at this bank have gone downhill. It started with only one teller at the drive-in window, taking care of the 2 windows. Then it went to 1 teller manning not only the 2 windows, but also working as a teller inside at a window. Now they have shut down any outside drive-in window at all. I have to park the car, at an ever crowded little parking lot,and go inside. I am 74 years old, ill and undergoing P.T. for my leg muscles and balance problems. I have never used the outside machines, as there has been such a problem in this area with crooks putting a small electronic appliance inside of them to copy patrons information. Now I, and many other seniors have tostand in an ever growing line inside to be waited on. Last week a wooman was behind me in line, very upset, as she was on her lunch hour from work, and was going to be arriving late. I and the woman in front of me let her go ahead of us. I had always liked this bank, it is only a couple of miles from my home. The whole line of customers were very disgusted, and many, including me, are thinking we are going to be forced to make a chaange in our choice of banks. This needs to be checked on to see what is happening at this bank branch, before we all quit and go to another bank entirely !
