BRANCH REVIEWS
I had a horrible experience almost everytime i go... but today was the worst... their customer service is the worst in the area ... tellers treat you on a defensive kind of way even if you are only asking a question... specially this branch.. the other day the teller wouldn't make my deposit beacuse i didn't have my account number, even though i was giving her my id... she told me "next time we Wont deposit your transactions if you don't have an account number" ... I could go on... i have closed my accounts and thinking bout closing the only one o had left ... it is really an awful experience and that teller "Sonia" dont even want to deal With her she is soo rude no patience what so ever!!' Thank you
