Branch Reviews & Complaints
This branch has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I had an issue with the mobile check deposit, but they would not admit that was the issue. They insulted my boss, insulted me, and it took two phone calls (one in which I was hung up on) and two bank visits and it still didn't get completely resolved until today. I will be returning because in the aftermath I did not get the two female manager's names, both lacking in any customer service skills, but I will. The one manager argued with me the second time I was there, and told me she suggested something she didn't, and when I told her she didn't tell me that, she said "Maybe you didn't hear me"--something you should NEVER say to someone who wears hearing aids. There is no "customer" in their service. Those two managers in particular serve only Bank of America. I can't wait until I can close my accounts here. They also charge me a $14 maintenance fee each month--how hard is it for this horrible bank to maintain my little amount of money? Yet I'm sure they don't charge their rich clientel. Bank of America is absolutely horrible. The one manager told me to try to cash my check at Suntrust. I'm going to take her advice and switch to Suntrust.
