BRANCH REVIEWS
This is the absolute worst BOA branch! Service here is absolutely horrible, if you even get service! My son wanted to open an account with a substantial amount of money to deposit. After waiting an hour to get help, they told him they needed his actual social security card before they could open an account. He knows his social security number, but this was not good enough, they wanted his actual card. He had two forms of identification, he is getting ready to move out of state and they cannot help him establish an account?! So now he has to travel with a large amount of cash? I have also had issues with this branch in the past and it is a joke!
