These folk have always been super helpful and very efficient. I like banking here.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting Josey Barnett, Relationship Banker, at the Florence Square Branch. My checking account had been compromised, which required the account to be closed and a new account opened. This account has several Direct Deposits going into it each month plus several debits, at my request, by bank each month. This required changing the account number for each of these transactions and required much concentration. Josey efficiently made all the changes to my complete satisfaction, without a flaw. Bank independent is very fortunate to have this young lady in this important position at this branch office. Josey Barnett is indeed an asset to Bank Independent and I deeply appreciate her efficiently taking care of my business on Friday. Again, I thank you Josey Barnett for your caring attitude throughout the lengthy transaction. You made me feel comfortable and relieved to know that you had taken care of the situation. May you be blessed with a bright future in banking. I, myself, was in banking 38 years and know how to appreciate a good employee.
