Bank CBO, established on February 7, 1889, originally operated under the name The Citizens Bank of Oregon Missouri. Over the years, the institution underwent several name changes and relocations. On April 10, 1990, the main office moved to 125 West Norway Street in Oregon, Missouri, and again relocated to the same town's 125 West Nodaway Street on March 3, 1994.
