I definitely recommend the Hamlin Branch of Axiom Bank. All the employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and and very pleasing to work with. I look forward to my future visits. Ray B.
Axion Bank first told me they could not transfer my IRA to another bank solo 401 account. I ask why she claim they do not do electronic or wire transfer. I told that with do respect she was wrong. I talk to her supervisor and she was not up to date on transfers, she promise to get back to me. This has not happened to this date. I have called 2 dozen times. All i get is leave a message, or you get disconnected. How can a bank not due transfers. They sure accepted mine transfer. The fact that you can not talk live to real persons is just unacceptable..
I deposited a 380.00$ car pymt into an in-store ATM next to live tellers walmart.location in port orange fl dunlawton blvd. Printed reciept with "deposit exception record" tell me fill out form then 3-5 days before I can pay a late car pymt. Im am so pissed they wouldn't balance the ATM right then..
This bank is the worse bank to get any real person on the phone, their 800-584-0015 is a joke I have called that number since Friday till now and no one answers the phone. their customer service is in great need of repair.
Angie(branch manager) at the Palmetto Axiom in the Walmart Center has been kind and very helpful to this Kentucky "snow bird". Axiom banks, in general, have the absolute worst call center that I have personally had experience with. Automated, menu and transfer after transfer, finally reached a "live person" at customer service, who did not know the phone number to the Palmetto branch and recommended that I go on line to find it. Wasted time and aggravation. What about the people out of state who do not have internet access? Poor , poor customer service as far as the so called "automated system."
