Although I have asked your bank to stop payment, it appears that they did not. The first unauthorized transaction October 18 2023, by check number 5270, and the amount is for $1869.43, we did not authorize this transaction and the transaction was done by a check (which we NEVER use), which we can not review as other banks allow, this check, who wrote it and what was this check for.
The second unauthorized transaction was done on October 16, 2023, for the amount of $7510, which we have absolutely no knowledge of.
Why are we just now noticing these unauthorized transactions is because we no longer live in Virginia and have moved to West Virginia on November 1, 2023. In the meantime, I have asked your bank for bank statements which they chose not to provide until I reached out to customer service and discussed the issue with someone there and eventually received the statements and this is where I discovered the the unauthorized transactions. Please help us as we are senior citizens that just can't afford this loss of revenue. Thank You,

I had to stop my debit card with the bank because they did not stop a fraudulent charge. I have been waiting close to 3 weeks for the replacement card. Nobody seems to want to help.
Ticketmaster overcharged me on show tickets. I called the number on the back of my debit card and was assured the charge didn't go through. on their instructions, I cancelled the card 1st thing Mon. morning with Indep. Blvd mgr. Again i was assured charge would not be taken out. I received my statement to find the $103 ticketmaster charge. So dissappointed!
Your security questions have gotten out of control when trying to do something over the phone with you guys. And on top of that I use to be able to transfer money from my business account to my personal on the phone now yall refuse to do that. I have to actually go to a bank and do what could have been done over the phone and saved a bunch of time which i dont have a lot of. I get all the questions is for our security but you have taken to where its just an inconvenience now and a hassel to do anything over the phone with you people. If it wasn't such a fkn Hassel and I had the time I damn sure would have switched banks by now. My answers didn't match up so I have to go to a branch location now. Fucking Assholes!
This bank just closed my account for being dormant without any notification. Beware.
Stopped by to open new checking and savings accounts. Taylor was so very helpful, answering all of my questions. She also pointed out other services that I may be interested in. Looking forward to a great banking relationship!
