History Of Aspire Bank
Aspire Bank is a financial institution that was established on September 19, 1905, originally named The Farmers and Merchants National Bank of Hatton. Over the years, the bank underwent several name changes and regulatory transitions. On January 1, 2017, it was rebranded as Aspire Financial, National Association. Later that year, on June 30, 2017, the bank changed its name to Aspire Financial, withdrew from membership in the Federal Reserve System, and became a State Chartered Bank regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). This transition included relocation of its main office to 5195 45th Street South in Fargo, North Dakota. Finally, on January 1, 2020, the bank adopted its current name, Aspire Bank.
