Ashton State Bank was established on December 2, 1908, initially founded under the name Ashton State Bank. Over the years, the bank underwent several significant changes in its operations and locations. The bank moved again on October 27, 2005, to a new main office at 295 Center Avenue, also in Ashton, Nebraska.
