I'm the store manager at Eagle stop. I have been bringing deposits and change orders to this bank for over 3 years. Almost every time there is the middle aged gentleman working the deposit window is working my change order is almost always wrong. Today he shorted me on 2 rolls of pennies but yet kept the $1 I paid for it out of my own pocket because it was just a $1 but still its almost always something when he is working the window. He is also the only person I have encountered there that doesn't give any type of customer service. I'm not trying to get anyone into trouble but this is a situation thats been on going for a long time now.
Some of the best banking people I have come across very courteous and attentive to what your needs are I would never change banks these people are great.
As an elderly customer of this bank, I was at a loss of what to do when a fraudulent check was posted to my account. I was immediately assisted by Gisel Garcia who explained the process that she could follow to close that account and open a new one. She made the entire procedure effortless for me. When reporting this excellent effort to the branch manager, Kelly, I found he was an equally caring and professional person. I thought the younger generation had lost a beat in courtesy and kindness but I was so, so wrong. These folks are quite an improvement on my generation which is wonderful!
I Made a cash deposit to the ATM between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on April 14. The receipt showed the deposit of $100.00 with the updated balance of $255.xx. However, after 15 to 30 minutes, the deposit didn't show up online. I went back to the ATM and checked my balance, and it showed the old available balance of $155.xx. I filed a dispute and was just told that the provisional credit that was given will be taken back. When I spoke to the branch and filed a dispute after this happened on April 14, the Arvest branch staff at Dixieland and Walnut told me that the ATM had just gone through some software updates and they were still working out the glitches. I'm in the process of switching banks due to Arvest's act of theft. Avoid Arvest Bank at all costs! They will steal your money!
How do I get my name off a joint checking account when my x spouse refuses to close the account? It seems impossible to save my name after the divorce with my x continuing to refuse to close the account. Any one know because the bank sure seems not to care?? I was forced to give them a star lol or I wouldn't have.
I applied for a job a few years ago, and someone that knew Carrie Husong and me were enemies, The person called Carrie Husong up and Carrie told them not to hire me. She ran to my husband spreading lies about me. Is this how you conduct your business when someone qualifies for the job?
All banks I know of will cash a check drawn on that bank but I was told I need two forms of I.D. and it would cost Me $5 dollars to cash a Arvest bank check wrote to Me. I will not except any more checks for Arvest Bank or if that the only way for a person to pay me then I will require a 15% check cashing fee from anyone writeing a check for goods or services!
Each associate at the Monett branch has in some way helped me establish a secure banking experience with my account there! I have no complaints what so ever! Thank you Arvest for the best bank I have ever used! Sincerely, Tom Lynch, a loyal long time customer with Arvest. Eleven years or more now.
I don't get the bank open til 7pm and lobby closed at 430 and open on sat so left hand don't know how left leg is going forward or backwards
It is a major pain to call a local branch for a simple question that a call center could not answer as it applies to the local branch only. Time waste to talk with call center - not efficient and call transfering isn't much better. Plus have to listen to recorded unapplicable message over and over. Publish local branch #s please or give option to transfer to them without waioting for an agent.
Cant create new online banking. if it is there its hard to find
I really dread to go to this branch. There is a teller that makes any and every transaction so difficult. I really try to avoid her and today another teller had an awful costumer service attitude. So I'm done with the whole banking here. Unfortunately this branch is the most convenient to me, so will close my account, that I had for over 16 years, and go somewhere else.

Your 7th and Main Street bank has terrible customer service. Today was the last straw. Closed my account and will look into transferring my home loan and business account to another bank.
I love it when they say that's our policy and you say ok show it to me. And they respond I'm not going to do that. Why not? Because I'm not he said. My response is because it doesn't exist. Then it's we'll it for you convenience . How it it more convenient to come inside instead of using the drive though. Well it's for your security, response enough BS give me my money and close my account.
