History Of Anstaff Bank
Anstaff Bank, originally established as The First National Bank in Green Forest on May 4, 1931, has undergone several name and regulatory changes throughout its history. The bank's main office was first located in Green Forest, Arkansas, and has moved several times within the city, with notable relocations occurring in December 1997 and June 2001. In July 2014, the institution changed its name to Anstaff Bank, National Association. A significant rebranding occurred on June 28, 2016, when the bank adopted the name Anstaff Bank and transitioned to a state-chartered bank that was not a member of the Federal Reserve System. On the same day, it changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The bank withdrew from membership in the Federal Reserve System on that date. In March 2017, Anstaff Bank acquired Twin Lakes Community Bank located in Flippin, Arkansas.
