Anadarko Bank and Trust Company was established on June 7, 1901, originally under the same name it would retain for many years. On July 19, 1976, the bank relocated its main office to 110 West Oklahoma in Anadarko, Oklahoma, and adopted the name Anadarko Bank and Trust Company. The institution became a member of the Federal Reserve System on September 1, 1992. Ultimately, on July 31, 2015, Anadarko Bank and Trust Company underwent a significant change, merging with Bank of Commerce, based in Duncan, Oklahoma, and adopting the new name Bank of Commerce on the same day.
