I have the same problem. I think they have one web site for all the banks and no clear path to each individual bank. IT SUCKS

I have a different computer and can't find where to log into my account at Am. Bank & Trust in Pierre, SD
i have been with this bank since i deposited $5.00 when they first opened for business at the age of 8 years old 57 years ago and my family has moved to 3 different states since in my adult years and we have never changed banks. this says a lot on the service this bank has provided.
