AltaPacific Bank

AltaPacific Bank was established on July 10, 2006, originally under the name Atlantic Pacific Bank. The bank's main office was initially located in Santa Rosa, California, and later moved to 3725 Westwind Blvd, Suite 100, in Santa Rosa on August 3, 2009. On the same day, the institution adopted its current name, AltaPacific Bank. The bank underwent significant changes in its regulatory structure and classification in November 2010, when it changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve and became a state-chartered bank and a member of the Federal Reserve System. Over the following years, AltaPacific Bank expanded its operations through acquisitions, notably acquiring Stellar Business Bank of Covina, California, in February 2012 and Mission Oaks National Bank of Temecula, California, in May 2014. On June 20, 2016, the main office was relocated to 4845 Old Redwood Highway in Santa Rosa. The bank ultimately merged with Banner Bank, headquartered in Walla Walla, Washington, on November 1, 2019, resulting in its dissolution as an independent entity.
