I was a regular bank customer for over 10 years. My husband of 26 yrs died 2005. Since then I sent ALL MY MONEY TO ALLY (pronounced, please, as in ally cat)
Since then my interest has totaled about $1 a year. I moved from Flag Pond to Elizabethton TN 6 yrs ago. They now call me a fraud because I MOVED. They sent 6 out of 15 CDs over 4k then stopped and kept 49 thousand bucks. I cannot get it ... Read more
Horrible institution, Worse customer service. I initiated a wire per their instructions on a Monday morning which they say will be sent same day if verified by a certain time. I met their requirements with several hours to spare and the funds were drawn from my savings. It is now Thursday and they cannot tell me where my money is. "Beware" insanely bad customer service !!! Don't trust your money with this company, no real location, all online !!! If you have an issue, you are on your own !!!
You will be routed to somewhere in the Philippines if you try to call them. I spent 3 1/2 hours on the telephone and was hung up on 5 times. (After 30 minutes on hold, the system automatically hangs up on you).
