Alamosa State Bank is a financial institution that was established on March 1, 1907, originally under the name The Alamosa National Bank. The bank underwent significant regulatory changes on December 30, 2004, when it changed its name to Alamosa State Bank, transitioned its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and altered its classification to a state-chartered bank, no longer being a member of the Federal Reserve System.
