Access National Bank

Access National Bank was established on December 1, 1999. Initially, the bank operated under its original name until it underwent a series of significant changes. On June 14, 2003, the main office was relocated to 1800 Robert Fulton Drive, Suite 310, in Reston, Virginia. A major milestone occurred on April 1, 2017, when Access National Bank acquired The Middleburg Bank, expanding its operations and services in Virginia. Subsequently, the bank merged with Union Bank & Trust on February 1, 2019, becoming part of a larger financial institution. Following this merger, Access National Bank officially changed its name to Atlantic Union Bank on May 20, 2019.
